Shipping policy

Orders are normally shipped within two to five business days upon receipt of full payment. Delivery is normally provided via Royal Mail, with international tracking where available.

Shipping to EU countries

Please note that following EU regulatory changes introduced on 1st July 2026, all orders shipped from the UK to the EU are now subject to a flat €3 customs duty per item type (HS code), plus local import VAT and courier handling fees. We ship all international packages Delivered At Place (DAP), which means that the buyer is responsible for paying these local customs duties and taxes directly to the shipping courier before your books or cards can be delivered. We highly recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing your order.
